What we need from you

For a 16 page book we will need at least 20 of your favourite snaps of the child and his or her family so we have a choice; for a 24 page book at least 24.

Try and select photos depicting different aspects of the child’s life; for example, one of the child in favourite dressing up clothes, with a pet, in the park, at a birthday party, and others with family members. Small children won’t recognise themseves as babies or toddlers so try to choose photos taken over the past year; they should be around 300dpi so they print clearly.

Then identify the photos and give each a short description and send to us, either in an email or on a sheet of paper, so we can compose relevant text for each photo. Include locations and the names and relationship to the child of people shown. We will also need the child’s full name, names of brothers and sisters, names of any pets and a favourite toy.

You can then either upload your photos by registering with us using the form on the left and then following the instructions, or send them by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Or, if you prefer, you can save on to a memory stick or disk  and send by post. Then you can leave the rest to us.
